Shoots every time, that being said its more for slow training sessions and beginners. Due to case expansion, spent cartridges will jam normally 4/6 of your shots but it's all an easy fix if you take a stout pen or nail to drive them out of cylinder.

Well I got a couple boxes of this steel cased .38 since it's for a revolver, I didn't think there would be any issues. I put 5 in the Charter Arms and they all shot just fine. The problem came when I tried to eject the casings. They expanded so that I couldn't get them out. I finally did after I beat the ejector to make it happen. Picture a guy beating his firearm at the range next to you. Fortunately there were no other people there at the time. I didn't try to shoot them again. I will take my 357 next time and see if there is a difference.

Look man, it's steel cased, Its cheap, it pew's. Yeah you will have to clean. just like with any other ammo. Plus, no one can tell you this steel cased ammo will ruin the extractor in your revolver. Well, I suppost there is that one dude who is thinking "well acktually" Yeah just kick him in the jimmy and keep shooting.

I usually get one hole groups at seven yards and 11" groups at 25 yards with my taurus 856. This stuff will do it all day just like the expensive stuff. If you are concerned about the slight increase in case friction, you should really put a high polish on some good brass. You can get super super slick with a buffing wheel. Much more of a difference between polished and old brass than steel and old brass imo. It all works fine at the range. The only time you should worry about case friction is for carry reloads or competition. Gonna want round nose fmj with a nice polished brass case for that. Steel is fine for the rest.

It definitely can get a little bit stuck in the cylinder but for the price its more than acceptable for plinking.
Do not use if life depends on it and its all good.

I am really a little disappointed in this ammo, performance is not bad for it's intended use. I use it as practice ammo for target shooting.
What really disappointed me was the expansion of the case's in a revolver cylinder, it takes some effort to extract them. If you were to use them
competitively you would lose a lot of time. I did try wiping them down with silicone which improved extracion somewhat but not really to my liking.
I can not honestly recommend this ammo for target, for plinking OK, don't know what performance would be out of a rifle.
