Horrible quality control, worse customer service! I bought 3 boxes, all of them had weird "rust-looking" spots on all the BRASS casings. It turns out it may be dezincification and a problem with their wash. Contacted Winchester's customer service on their site, with pictures. It took weeks, no response. I contacted them again, and finally got a response back weeks later with a "Karen" on the other end. Sent back the 3 boxes, but they claimed their shipping department only received 1 box! All "Karen" did was send me two reimbursement checks for $28 a box. So I'm still out for the taxes and shipping, yet I have no ammo. Winchester has really gone down hill. AVOID!
