expensive...but looks like it would seriously do the job if needed. It's not range ammo, so I don't expect a bargain. If you want something that by all reports does significant damage when needed most, this is a very good bet. Your price was as good as any.

The ammo does the job. I shoot at 21 to 25 to test out the accuracy of the ammo. My teaching is you should try to keep your shooting in the range no farther than 25 ft. Be effective here at 25FT, as the risk is too high farther out than 25ft.

I recently purchased three boxes of this ammo. It arrived promptly and in perfectly good condition. I only gave it four stars instead of five because I have not had the opportunity to test the effectiveness of the projectile in any medium for expansion or penetration out of my Charter Arms Undercover .38 snubbie. However, the rounds do seem to be manufactured to the highest quality standards. And I did test fire them for “feel” and accuracy. The recoil was modest and the accuracy was excellent. Some YouTube evaluators say this round doesn’t expand well out of a 2” barrel like mine. I hope they are wrong and I don’t put total faith in gel tests in any event. I definitely like the way this ammo shoots out of my Undercover; I know it will go where I aim it. I would recommend it to anyone who EDCs a .38 snubbie.
