This surplus ammo features a sealant at the primer pocket as well as a sealant at the case's mouth to help prevent moisture intrusion. This ammunition is considered magnetic as the projectiles are manufactured in part with steel and are marked with silver tips, to indicate the bullet is made with a mild steel core.
This ammunition is corrosive but as long as you clean your rifle after use, it's a great way to provide a large savings over current production ammo as you have fun at the range.
