Please know, we are doing everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible!

I assure you; if you are receiving this email, your order has been placed and the product has been allocated to you. The order queue is changing by the minute so we are unable to give an exact estimate on ship date. We are on average 15+/- business days from the date you ordered for shipping, as stated on our website and when you placed your order.

We are working around the clock to get orders out. It is our priority to fill orders while keeping our staff safe and healthy. We will email you your tracking number and charge your credit card as soon as we process and ship your order.

Please continue to bear with us - these are extenuating circumstances! We understand the importance of the product we sell and what it means to Americans, especially at a time like this and are doing everything we can to get you, your order as quickly as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The order queue is changing by the minute so we are unable to give an exact estimate on ship date, but we are doing everything we can to get your order shipped as soon as possible. We are currently running up to 15+/- business days from the date your ordered for shipping, as stated on our website and when placing orders.



I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS OR WAS SHORT SHIPPED ITEMS – WHAT DO I DO?
*Please email the following information to sales@targetsportsusa.com*

1. Your order number

2. Please specify in detail concern about your package

3. Please submit pictures of the outer packaging ( if applicable ) clearly displaying the entire order as it was received including the dimensions printed on the bottom of the outer box plus pictures of the boxes inside the case.

4. Picture of your packing slip included in your shipment

Please keep in mind mentioned information is required for us in order to come to a resolution. Allow 72 hours for a response to be completed. 

 

 

SOMEONE HAD AN ORDER SHIPPED BEFORE ME?

We have recently changed the set up our warehouse to handle orders in two ways:

 

On one side we are shipping orders that have one item only on the order along with all other orders with that same single product. This allows us to bring a pallet to the shipping station and quickly move through all orders with the similar product.

 

On the other side of the warehouse we are shipping orders with multiple products on one order, with oldest orders shipping first.

We are working through as many orders as we can each day - please continue to be patient!



WHEN WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE INVENTORY?

We are constantly working with all manufacturers to keep product in stock at fair prices. We are getting shipments on a daily basis, but due to the nationwide ammo shortage we do not have any firm dates when specific products will be arriving. Please set a 'back in stock' alert on the product you are interested in by entering your email or phone number on the product page and continue checking our site for updates.

 

I GOT AN ALERT THAT PRODUCT WAS BACK IN STOCK AND WHEN I WENT TO BUY IT, IT WAS GONE?

Product is selling as fast as we put it back in inventory! These are unprecedented times and with the nationwide ammo shortage we are doing everything we can to get more inventory in stock, please keep checking back!

 

 

MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED, DOES THAT MEAN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We won't actually charge your card until the order is packed and ready to ship, you are likely seeing the automated authorized hold to ensure funds are available for the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the order is on the way!

 

 

THE HOLD ON MY CARD WENT AWAY, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR MY ORDER?

Your order is still valid, the automated hold is authorized for 3 days & then it is released. Your card will be charged & the funds will be captured when your order ships.



CAN I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON MY ORDER?

We are not able to switch your payment method. When you placed your order, we authorized a hold for the total amount so it will capture the funds without an issue when your order ships. If you do not want to process your order with this payment method, we will have to cancel your order. Cancelling may result in some items not being available & longer wait time for shipment.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 closures we can not offer pickup at this time. Our warehouse is only allowed to ship the product.

 

 

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER – WHEN WILL I SEE MOVEMENT OF THE PACKAGE?

Please allow 24-48 hours to see an update. Once you are emailed a tracking number the package is put on a pallet, then put into a UPS trailer, the trailer is picked up at the end of the day and brought to the local UPS facility for sorting to its next shipping location.

 

 

MY STATE IS SHUT DOWN, HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER?

At this time, we are open & shipping around the clock! Firearms & ammunition retailers have been deemed essential and can remain open under the Connecticut Governor's Coronavirus executive order. UPS is also deemed essential and will continue to deliver!

 

 

I CAN’T GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE?

Phone lines have been turned off! The office staff is forced to work from home because of the statewide shutdown for COVID-19 if you have questions please email sales@targetsportsusa.com or reach out on Facebook messenger on the Target Sports USA Facebook page

 

 

I CANCELLED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL THE AUTHORIZED HOLD BE RELEASED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT?

That is up to your bank, we voided the order so we are no longer holding the funds - your bank will be able to tell you how long it takes to be available in your account

 

 

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE BUT THERE WAS NO DISCREET OVERBOX?

As you know this is not normal practice for us but during these unprecedented times we are trying to ship as quickly as possible so our customers get product in hand asap, we skipped the overbox on bulk orders to allow faster processing. As soon as we are caught up on orders in a few weeks we will resume the discreet overbox packaging.
