Question:Are you sure the muzzle velocity and energy are correct? For a 107 grain bullet traveling at 2340 ft/sec I get an energy of 1,300 ft*lbs. In addition, Hogdon's reloading site has 9 out of 11 maximum loads for a 107 grain SMK over 3,000 ft/sec and the other two are within 14 ft/sec of 3,000. Even at 3000 ft/sec the muzzle energy is only 2139 ft*lbs.
