Federal Personal Defense 357 Magnum Ammunition 125 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point - C357B review offers the following information: Federal Personal Defense ammunition is the choice of law enforcement agencies around the world. Federal's Personal Defense 357 Magnum features a 125 grain Jacketed Hollow Point bullet. The Jacketed Hollow Point gives shooters a reliable bullet that creates quick, devastating expansion with enhanced accuracy. The Federal Personal Defense 357 Magnum bullet expands on impact for maximum stopping power. Federal Personal Defense is new production, non-corrosive ammunition featuring boxer primer and reloadable brass cases. This Federal 357 Magnum defense load is designed around the jacketed hollow point projectile. The hollow point bullet has a recessed or hollowed out shape in its tip, intended to cause the bullet to expand upon impact in order to decrease penetration and disrupt more tissue. This Federal jacketed hollow point is covered in a coating of copper coated steel to increase bullet strength and to prevent barrel fouling with lead stripped from the bullet. The Jacketed Hollow Point is a versatile bullet that functions well in revolvers and semi-automatics. Its specially designed jacket ensures smooth feeding in autoloading firearms. Federal hollow points are some of the best and most wide spread of all hollow point ammunition. Federal Personal Defense 357 Magnum comes in boxes of 20 rounds or cases of 500 rounds.
