About CCI 22 LR
CCI Copper-22 is a lead-free 22 LR load built around a 21 grain hollow point projectile made from compressed copper particles and polymer. Unlike traditional lead rimfire bullets, this frangible design is intended to break up when it strikes hard surfaces, which can help reduce ricochet risk in appropriate shooting environments.
This CCI 22 ammo is suited for target shooting and small game hunting within 50 yards, matching the manufacturer’s stated performance window. With brass cases, rimfire ignition, and a high listed muzzle velocity, it gives shoppers a specialized CCI 22 LR option when they want copper 22LR ammo rather than a conventional lead projectile.
For shooters comparing 22 LR options in the CCI lineup, CCI Copper-22 stands out as a lead-free, frangible hollow point choice for range work and small game use. Select a box for testing or choose the case option when you want bulk ammo ready for repeat sessions.

"Not impressed. Bought this Ammo to take to South Dakota last summer. The 1st day went out hunting sighted in a Dog at 50yds, missed. Took a couple other shots missed every shot. Next day was the same thing missed every shot. Anyway I stuck with my 17 the rest of the time kept my 22 in the truck. This Ammo is all over the place."

"Hey these compressed copper polymers really cool up close. Thumbs up"
A bit pricey for
"A bit pricey for plinking, but no issues with feeding in any of my semi-auto rifles. Groups consistently at 50 & 100 yards. Not a 'match' round, but certainly good enough to take head-shots on varmints short to mid-range. Was something different and thought I'd give it a try, not unhappy with it."
