Question:Rebate issue
Hi, On Dec 4, 2018 I ordered 1,000 rds of these. I received them on Dec 7, 2018, which by the way is phenomenally fast shipping! I called and received instruction confirmation on the rebate procedures and I sent the rebate in on Dec 13, 2018. I have multiple details about my rebate follow ups which I am very willing to provide is you desire, but I still don't have it. On May 9, 2019, Jennifer tells me my rebate has been sent over and I should receive it in 3-4 weeks, making it more than 22 weeks, if I would receive it then. My point is, I would have bought much more ammo at those prices had I received the rebate as originally promised because the rebate offer would've been still ongoing. You provide wonderful service at economical prices but I wanted to let you know you lost sales based on the performance of that rebate. Just saying that in the future I hope you secure some kind of time line guarantee on rebates. Thanks and keep up the great prices and service!
