Dealer Program Information & Requirements
TargetSportsUSA's dealer program was created for professionals either reselling our products for profit or using our products in their Shooting, Reloading or Gunsmithing business. This program was also created to provide our dealers with wholesale ammunition prices online.Sign-Up Information
In order to become a dealer and receive dealer prices on all our products, simply follow these simple instructions and your dealer account will be set-up within few hours.- Open an account with us by simply clicking here and following easy to understand directions.
- Fax over your Business documents e.g. FFL, Sales Tax ID, Business Licence etc. at 1-860-788-6898 attn: Dealer Program.
- Once we have received your documents and verified the account, our customer support department will upgrade your account as a dealer within few minutes.
- That's it!!
- Every time you log-in using information that you used when the account was created instead of shopping with retail prices, you will be able to shop our entire site with dealer prices and great savings.

State Issued Tax Resale Certificate
- State issued Tax Resale Certificate: This Certificate must be issued by the State Government for a business whose business name is clearly related to Shooting, Reloading or Gunsmithing industry.
- Connecticut Dealers: We must have a copy of your Connecticut Sales on file with us or we are required by the Missouri Department of Revenue to collect the Missouri State Sales Tax of 6.0%. We cannot refund sales tax collected on sales prior to receiving the signed Exemption Certificate.
- Expiration: Dealer accounts have an Expiration Date. Your account
will expire annually
if your document is year-to-year. If no expiration appears on your document, your account will have Dealer status for three years. - As a reminder, we will send you an email on or about 30 days before your Dealer document is set to expire. When your Tax Certificate expires, your account will be changed to Retail status and we will need a new Tax Certificate from you to re-establish your Dealer credentials.

Gunsmiths
Gunsmiths, do you have Gunsmithing School Certificate or Diploma? If you have graduated from a school listed below and have a Gunsmithing Certificate or Degree, you qualify for Dealer status; see our General Policy for details.

- Pennsylvania Gunsmith School, Avalon, Pittsburgh, PA
- Montgomery Community College, Troy, NC
- Murray State College, Tishomingo, OK
- Pine Technical College, Pine City, MN
- Piedmont Community College, Roxboro, NC
- Yavapai College, Prescott, AZ
- American Gunsmithing Institute, Napa, CA
- Modern Gun School, Division of Distance Learning International, Inc., Saint Albans, VT
- Foley-Belsaw Institute, Kansas City, MO
- Thompson Education Direct, Scranton, PA
- Professional Career Development Institute, Norcross, GA
- Sonoran Desert Institute, Scottsdale, AZ
- We will also grant Dealer status to members of the following Guilds:
- Member of American Pistolsmiths Guild
- Member of Custom Gunmakers Guild
- Member of Firearms Engravers Guild of America
- If your State, County or Local Government issues a Gunsmith permit or license we will grant you Dealer status.
- Please mail or fax us a copy.
- Expiration: Once we have established your credentials as a degreed gunsmith, we may review your account status every three years.

In order for you to qualify for Dealer status we will require one of the following:
- Exception One:
- We will require a Yellow Pages Ad clearly showing us you are in the Shooting, Reloading or Gunsmithing Business along with your State Sales Tax Certificate or Business/Merchants License.
- Exception Two:
- If you rent tables or space at gun shows to sell our products, please send us a minimum of two receipts from gun shows dated within the last six months along with your State Sale Tax Certificate or Business/Merchants License.
- Expiration: With a State Sales Tax Certificate or Business/Merchants License and either a Yellow Pages ad or two gun show receipts we will grant Dealer status for three years.
Note One: Simply being a business does not qualify a business entity for Dealer status. MidwayUSA’s Dealer Program is reserved for those businesses in the Shooting, Reloading or Gunsmithing industry demonstrating an intent and ability to buy and resell our products or as a practicing gunsmith use our gunsmithing products.
Note Two: We will not grant Dealer status to web-based Dealers or any persons or company which intends to export products purchased from TargetSportsUSA.
No other documents will be accepted.
