KelTec is an innovative manufacturer of high-performance firearms under the laws of Florida and the United States. They specialize in innovative designs and are proud to have pioneered concealed carry handguns in the United States, starting with the P11.  KelTec is now one of the top five handgun makers in the USA, and one of the largest in the world. They strongly support the individual right to keep and bear arms as defined in the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  Kel-Tec founder, George Kellgren, established the company in 1995 in Cocoa, Florida. Every firearm produced since that day has been designed by George under the guiding principle that these machines should be innovative in their design and exciting to use.
